For the past 5 years, we have been the Official Hearing Safety Partner of the Road America Raceway in Elkhart, WI and the Official Hearing Partner of the Mobil Hearing Unit. A NASCAR race car at full throttle measures approximately 130 dB. This is one of the reasons why at Lake Forest Hearing our goal each year is to protect the hearing of those involved in all aspects of auto racing. Our Hearing Protection tent at the speedway offers hearing safety products for adults, children, infants – even pets! To kick off the season, during the Spring Vintage event at Road America, James Davison helped us promote safety hearing for everyone at the track.
Our baby earmuffs were a big hit! They helped protect babies and kids’ hearing.
The Lake Forest Hearing team started off each race day with a cup of Joe at our favorite coffee shop, Off the Rail Café. We thank them for helping us promote hearing safety at the racetrack.
Our drivers were on fire this year and breaking records!
This season, Dave Musial drove for Ferrari of Lake Forest, and helped us promote hearing protection.
Nick Mancuso, also from Ferrari of Lake Forest, drove Ferrari’s gorgeous 488 and sported Lake Forest Hearing’s new logo! He also ran P2 fast lap in practice.
We also sponsored the talented James Davison racing for Joe Gibbs Racing. He proved his talent behind the wheel driving the Lake Forest Hearing Holinger Motor Sport car at the NASCAR Xfinity Series Johnsonville 180 / ARCA / SCCA Pro Trans AM race. He had the fastest lap at the practice round and kept his ears safe with a pair of ETY Plugs by Etymotic. In addition to this, fans got to meet James while getting their hearing protection gear at our tent.
